摘要:
心外膜起搏电极更多情况下作为心内膜起搏电极的补充,主要在无法应用心内膜起搏电极或经静脉途径心内膜起搏电极植入失败以及心脏直视术中,成为治疗心脏手术后房室传导阻滞,心动过缓及暂时性节律紊乱的主要措施。本文概述了临时心外膜起搏器的各种适应证,及何时考虑过渡到永久性起搏,起搏器的种类的选择,起搏器导线移除等问题。
Abstract:
The epicardial pacing electrode is more often used as a supplement to the endocardial pacing electrode, mainly in the inability to apply endocardial pacing electrodes or intravenous endocardial pacing electrode implantation failure and open heart surgery. It has become the main measure for the treatment of atrioventricular block, bradycardia and temporary rhythm disorder after cardiac surgery. This article outlines the various indications for temporary epicardial pacemakers, and when to consider transition to permanent pacing, choice of the type of pacemaker, and removal of pacemaker leads.
