摘要:
目前我国中医馆建设方兴未艾，国家中医药管理局建设的中医馆健康信息平台也在紧锣密鼓的部署之中。业务监管指标模型是我国中医药信息标准化的建设模型，也是如何保障八大系统业务平台健康稳定运行的基础。本文重点研究信息云平台中各业务系统的监管指标并建立模型，充分利用互联网络、物联网、云计算、数据挖掘等先进技术，为各级中医药管理部门加强基层中医药服务监管，全面提升基层医疗机构中医药服务能力和水平，促进医疗资源配置的公平化。
Abstract:
At present, the construction of Chinese medicine hospitals is in the ascendant, and the health information platform of the Chinese Medicine Museum built by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine is also in full swing. The business supervision index model is a construction model for the standardization of Chinese medicine information in China, and it is also the basis for how to ensure the healthy and stable operation of the eight major system business platforms. This paper focuses on the supervision indicators of various business systems in the information cloud platform and establishes models to make full use of advanced technologies such as the Internet, Internet of Things, cloud computing, and data mining to strengthen the supervision of grassroots Chinese medicine services for all levels of Chinese medicine management departments. The ability and level of Chinese medicine services in primary medical institutions promote the fairness of medical resource allocation.
