摘要:
目的 探讨PDCA在提高专病门诊开设类别占比及业务量中的作用。方法 选取2016年1月~2017年12月我院未实施PDCA质量管理方法的专病门诊数据作为对照组,选取2018年1~12月实施质量管理方法的干预专病门诊数据作为观察组,比较两组实施前后专病门诊开设类别占比及业务量。结果 2016~2018年度每年开设类别占比由75.68%(84/111)、77.78%(105/135)上升至80.98%(132/163),呈逐年递增趋势。2016~2018年度专病门诊业务量分别为103359人次、121356人次、177416人次,2017年比2016年同期增加17997人次,2018年比2017年同期增加56060人次,且2016年度专病门诊业务量占比为5.72%,2017年度专病门诊业务量占比为6.55%,2018年度专病门诊业务量占比为9.20%,2017年度专病门诊业务量比2016年度同期增加0.83%,2018年度专病门诊业务量比2017年同期增加2.65%。2018年度比2017年度增长幅度较高的专病门诊,包括注意力门诊增长94.84%,肝病门诊增长43.57%,疫苗加重评估门诊增长79.37%,少女妇科门诊增长26.39%,中医性早熟门诊增长9.46%。结论 通过实施PDCA质量管理方法干预措施,可加快专病门诊发展步伐,便捷患者就医,改善患者就医体验,优化分级诊疗,实现诊疗技术精准化。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of PDCA in increasing the proportion of categories and business volume in specialized outpatient clinics. Methods The data of the special disease outpatients who did not implement the PDCA quality management method from January to December 2016 and January to December 2017 were selected as the control group. The interventional disease outpatient data of the quality management method was selected from January to December 2018. The observation group compared the proportion of categories and business volume of the specialized disease clinics before and after the implementation of the two groups.Results The proportion of categories opened in 2016~2018 increased from 75.68% (84/111) and 77.78% (105/135) to 80.98% (132/163), showing an increasing trend year by year. The number of specialist outpatient services in 2016~2018 was 103359, 121356, 177416 respectively. In 2017, it increased by 17997 compared with the same period of 2016. In 2018, it increased by 56,060 compared with the same period of 2017. The proportion of special outpatient services in 2016 was 5.72%,In 2017, the proportion of specialized outpatient services accounted for 6.55%, and the proportion of special outpatient services in 2018 was 9.20%. The number of outpatient services in 2017 increased by 0.83% compared with the same period of 2016. The number of outpatient services in 2018 is 2017. The year-on-year increase was 2.65%. The special disease clinics with higher growth rate in 2018 than in 2017, including attention clinics increased by 94.84%, liver disease clinics increased by 43.57%, vaccine aggravation assessment clinics increased by 79.37%, teenage gynecological clinics increased by 26.39%, and Chinese medicine precocious clinics increased by 9.46%.Conclusion Through the implementation of PDCA quality management methods, a series of interventions can speed up the development of specialized disease clinics, facilitate patients to seek medical treatment, improve patient medical experience, optimize graded diagnosis and treatment, and achieve accurate diagnosis and treatment technology.
