摘要:
全科医学科是一个新兴的临床二级学科，其主要实施的是基本医疗而非疑难杂症，因此全科医师的培养模式与专科医师不同。全科医学规培生在胃肠外科轮转学习时间较短，教学任务却较重；且目前的教学方式多种多样，如何在较短的时间内运用合适的教学方法取得较好的教学成果是各专科医院迫切需要解决的问题。现就如何依托综合医院的胃肠外科培养全科医学规培生提出建议。
Abstract:
The General Practice Department is an emerging clinical secondary discipline. Its main practice is basic medical care rather than incurable diseases. Therefore, the training mode of general practitioners is different from that of specialists. The general medical discipline students have a shorter learning time in gastrointestinal surgery and a heavier teaching task; and the current teaching methods are diverse, how to use a proper teaching method to achieve better teaching results in a short period of time is The problems that all specialized hospitals urgently need to solve.Now we will make suggestions based on the general hospital gastrointestinal surgery training general medical discipline students.
