摘要:
目的 探究枸橼酸莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法 选取2017年10月~2019年5月我院收治的104例功能性消化不良患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各52例。对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合黛力新治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、症状消失时间和不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组（96.15% vs 75.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者腹胀消失时间、上腹不适消失时间、嗳气消失时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应总发生率为5.77%，低于对照组的7.69%，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 枸橼酸莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果良好，可有效改善患者的临床症状，且不增加不良反应，用药安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of mosapride combined with Dailixin in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 104 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mosapride, and the observation group was treated with Dailixin therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, disappearance time and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (96.15% vs 75.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The disappearance time of abdominal distension, the disappearance time of upper abdominal discomfort, and the disappearance time of hernia were lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.77%, which was lower than that of the control group 7.69%, but the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of mosapride combined with Dailixin in the treatment of functional dyspepsia is good, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and does not increase the adverse reactions, and the safety of medication is higher.
