目的 基于InCites数据库分析国内七所肿瘤医院的科研竞争力,为了解国内肿瘤医院的科研现状提供参考。方法 选取2009~2018年七所肿瘤医院被Web of Science收录的论文,将数据导入到InCites数据库,从发文数据、发文质量、学科分布分析各个机构的科研竞争力。结果 中山大学肿瘤防治中心的论文数最多,复旦大学附属肿瘤医院位居第二;南京医科大学附属肿瘤医院CNCI值最高;北京大学肿瘤医院、天津医科大学肿瘤医院、中山大学肿瘤防治中心、复旦大学附属肿瘤医院的国际合作论文比例较高,其他三所医院的国际合作论文比例较低。中山大学肿瘤防治中心、复旦大学附属肿瘤医院在Q1、Q2区发表论文的比例>70%,其余五所医院在Q1、Q2区发表论文的比例>50%。七所肿瘤医院的基本科学指标(ESI)学科分布中,以“临床医学”“分子生物学与遗传学”为主要研究方向。结论 七所肿瘤医院近十年的科研产出在数量和质量方面都表现出良好的发展趋势,其研究方向主要为临床医学和分子生物学与遗传学。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the scientific research competitiveness of seven cancer hospitals in China based on InCites database, and provide reference for understanding the research status of domestic cancer hospitals.Methods The papers collected by Web of Science from seven tumor hospitals in 2009~2018 were selected and imported into the InCites database. The research competitiveness of each institution was analyzed from the data of publication, quality of publication and subject distribution.Results The number of papers in the Cancer Center of Sun Yat-sen University ranked first, and the affiliated tumor hospital of Fudan University ranked second; the CNCI value of the affiliated cancer hospital of Nanjing Medical University was the highest; Peking University Cancer Hospital, Tianjin Medical University Cancer Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center, The proportion of international cooperation papers of Fudan University Affiliated Tumor Hospital is relatively high, and the proportion of international cooperation papers in the other three hospitals is relatively low. The proportion of papers published in the Q1 and Q2 districts of the Cancer Center of Sun Yat-sen University and the Cancer Hospital of Fudan University is >70%, and the proportion of papers published in the Q1 and Q2 districts of the other five hospitals is >50%. Among the seven basic cancer hospitals' basic scientific indicators (ESI), the main research directions are "clinical medicine" and "molecular biology and genetics".Conclusion The research output of the seven cancer hospitals in the past decade has shown a good development trend in both quantity and quality. The research direction is mainly clinical medicine and molecular biology and genetics.
