摘要:
目的 观察经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2017年6月~2018年6月收治的良性前列腺增生患者120例，随机分为对照组和研究组，各60例。对照组行经尿道前列腺电切术，研究组采用经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、不良反应发生率、前列腺功能及生活质量。结果 研究组患者术中出血量和手术时间分别为（92.43±17.54）ml、（50.32±4.86）min，均低于对照组的（120.34±19.21）ml、（60.25±5.94）min，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组（6.67% vs 18.33%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组IPSS评分和QOL评分分别为（5.21±1.23）分、（91.33±5.12）分，均优于对照组的（6.89±1.34）分、（80.54±6.23）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生临床疗效显著，可有效改善患者临床症状，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection of the prostate and laser for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 60 cases each. The control group underwent transurethral resection of the prostate. The study group was treated with transurethral resection of the prostate and laser. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, adverse reaction rate, prostate function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss and operation time of the study group were (92.43±17.54) ml and (50.32±4.86) min, respectively, which were lower than those of the control group (120.34±19.21) ml and (60.25±5.94) min,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (6.67% vs 18.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The IPSS score and QOL score of the study group were (5.21±1.23) and (91.33±5.12), respectively, which were better than those of the control group (6.89±1.34) and (80.54±6.23),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Transurethral resection of the prostate is effective in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
