摘要:
为贯彻落实党中央、国务院工作部署，有力破解“一院一卡、重复发卡、互不通用”就医堵点问题，广东省已全面开展基于国家标准规范的电子健康码建设试点工作。本文主要介绍电子健康码的产生背景、定义、设计架构，医院信息系统及硬件的改造部署，以及未来的发展规划，实现一码通用，夯实全民健康信息化和健康医疗大数据发展平台。
Abstract:
In order to implement the work arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, it is necessary to crack the issue of "one hospital, one card, repeated card issuance, and non-universal" for medical treatment. Guangdong Province has comprehensively carried out pilot work on the construction of electronic health codes based on national standards. This article mainly introduces the background, definition, design architecture, hospital information system and hardware transformation and deployment of the electronic health code, as well as future development planning, to achieve a one-code universal,to consolidate the national health information and health care big data development platform.
