摘要:
目的 探讨乳腺癌腔镜下保留乳头乳晕皮下腺体切除术的临床疗效。方法 选择2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治乳腺癌患者60例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组使用传统开放手术治疗，研究组使用乳腺癌腔镜手术治疗，比较两组手术时间、住院时间、出血量、满意度及生活质量。结果 研究组手术时间、住院时间及出血量低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组心理、身体、社会及精神评分低于对照组[（35.12±9.14）分vs（52.45±8.36）分]、[（32.17±11.48）分vs（51.26±9.32）分]、[（32.49±7.36）分vs（52.34±8.21）分]、[（33.43±7.97）分vs（51.24±8.38）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 乳腺癌患者行腔镜下保留乳头乳晕皮下腺体切除术治疗，能减少术中出血量，缩短手术时间和住院时间，提高患者满意度和生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of subcutaneous gland resection of breast cancer with laparoscopic preservation. Methods 60 patients with breast cancer were enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019. They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional open surgery. The study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery for breast cancer. The operation time, hospitalization time, bleeding volume, satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, hospitalization time and blood loss of the study group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The psychological, physical, social and mental scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group [(35.12±9.14) points vs(52.45±8.36) points], [(32.17±11.48) points vs (51.26±9.32) points], [(32.49±7.36) points vs (52.34±8.21) points], [(33.43±7.97) points vs (51.24±8.38)points], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Breast cancer patients who underwent laparoscopic subcutaneous gland resection for laparoscopic surgery can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, shorten the operation time and hospital stay, and improve patient satisfaction and quality of life.
