摘要:
目的 探讨曲伏前列素联合布林佐胺治疗原发性开角型青光眼（POAG）的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选取2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的POAG患者112例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组56例。对照组给予曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予布林佐胺滴眼液。比较两组平均眼压、昼夜眼压差、临床疗效及不良反应。结果 治疗后，观察组平均眼压和昼夜眼压差均低于对照组[（16.26±2.14）mmHg vs（17.70±2.66）mmHg]、[（1.89±0.52）mmHg vs（2.33±0.56）mmHg]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率为96.43%，高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 曲伏前列素联合布林佐胺治疗POAG临床疗效确切，可有效降低眼压，稳定昼夜眼压，不增加不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of travoprost combined with brinzolamide in primary open angle glaucoma (POAG). Methods A total of 112 POAG patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with travoprost eye drops, and the observation group was given brinzolamide eye drops on the basis of the control group. The mean intraocular pressure, ocular pressure difference, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the mean intraocular pressure and diurnal pressure difference in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(16.26±2.14)mmHg vs (17.70±2.66)mmHg], [(1.89±0.52)mmHg vs(2.33±0.56)mmHg],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%, which was higher than that of the control group 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of travoprost combined with brinzolamide in the treatment of POAG is effective, which can effectively reduce intraocular pressure, stabilize diurnal intraocular pressure, and have high drug safety.
