摘要:
随着我国医疗信息化建设的不断发展，基于EMR的医院信息系统不断完善，集成化平台的建设更加促进了数据共享和数据挖掘。面对如此庞多的子系统，医务人员需要完成大量的文字录入工作，文字录入的即时性、便利性、准确性在一定程度上影响着医院整体的工作效率、医疗成本、医疗质量。本文主要分析当前病历录入存在的问题，探讨语音识别技术在医院临床工作中的应用，并总结其在应用过程中存在的问题。
Abstract:
With the continuous development of medical information construction in China, the hospital information system based on EMR has been continuously improved, and the construction of integrated platform has promoted data sharing and data mining. Faced with such a large number of subsystems, medical personnel need to complete a large number of text entry work. The immediacy, convenience and accuracy of text entry affect the overall efficiency, medical cost and medical quality of the hospital to a certain extent. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in current medical record entry, discusses the application of speech recognition technology in hospital clinical work, and summarizes the problems in its application.
