摘要:
目的 分析多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗功能性消化不良临床效果、并发症及对胃动力学功能的影响。方法 选择2018年3月~2019年3月我院诊治的功能性消化不良患者148例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各74例。对照组采用多潘立酮治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合阿米替林治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、临床症状评分、胃动力学功能（胃动素、胃蛋白酶）以及并发症发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率94.59%，高于对照组的81.08%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组临床症状评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组胃动素、胃蛋白酶原均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组并发症发生率比较（6.75% vs 8.10%），差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗功能性消化不良临床效果确切，可促进胃功能恢复，减轻临床症状，且并发症少，联合用药安全性良好。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical effects, complications and effects of domperidone combined with amitriptyline on functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 148 patients with functional dyspepsia who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, 74 cases each. The control group was treated with domperidone. The observation group was treated with amitriptyline on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, clinical symptom score, gastric kinetic function (motilin, pepsin) and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.59%, which was higher than that of the control group 81.08%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than that before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group,there was statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, motilin and pepsinogen were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);There were no statistically significant between two groups in the incidence rate(6.75% vs 8.10%) (P>0.05). Conclusion Domperidone combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has a clear clinical effect, can promote the recovery of gastric function, reduce clinical symptoms, and has fewer complications. The combination medication is safe and worthy of clinical application.
