摘要:
目的 分析微创术不翻瓣技术在口腔种植术中的临床效果。方法 选择2018年2月~2019年2月在我院进行口腔种植的患者116例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各58例。对照组采用常规翻瓣种植治疗,观察组采用微创术不翻瓣技术治疗,比较两组种植成功率、种植时间、术后疼痛时间、术后肿胀时间、术后牙槽嵴骨吸收量及有效角化黏膜宽度。结果 观察组种植成功率(94.83%)高于对照组(81.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组种植时间(22.67±2.54)min、术后疼痛时间(23.90±5.78)h、术后肿胀时间(36.24±3.72)h分别短于对照组的(40.22±3.87)min、(54.91±4.32)h、(73.20±5.17)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后牙槽嵴骨吸收量[(0.15±0.01)mm]少于对照组[(0.20±0.03)mm],有效角化黏膜宽度[(2.87±0.44)mm]宽于对照组[(1.98±0.47)mm],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微创术不翻瓣技术在口腔种植术中应用效果理想,可提高种植成功率,缩短种植时间,且术后恢复快,值得借鉴。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive flapless technique in oral implantation. Methods A total of 116 patients who underwent oral implantation in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 58 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional flap implantation, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive flapless technique. The implantation success rate, implantation time, postoperative pain time, postoperative swelling time, postoperative alveolar bone resorption and effective keratinized mucosa width were compared between the two groups.Results The implantation success rate in the observation group (94.82%) was higher than that in the control group (81.03%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the implantation time (22.67±2.54) min, and postoperative pain time (23.90±5.78) h in the observation group the postoperative swelling time(36.24±3.72) h was shorter than that of the control group(40.22±3.87) min, (54.91±4.32) h, (73.20±5.17) h,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The alveolar zygomatic resorption in the observation group [(0.15±0.01) mm] was less than that in the control group [(0.20±0.03) mm]. The effective keratinizing mucosa width was [(2.87±0.44) mm] wider than that in the control group [(1.98±0.47) mm],the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive flapless technique is ideally applied in oral implantation, which can improve the success rate of implantation, shorten the implantation time, and recover quickly after surgery, which is worth learning from.
