摘要:
专利信息服务是图书馆服务的新方向，专利申请前的预检索即专利查新，可评估研究现状，避免重复研究，是专利申请前的重要步骤。本文回溯性分析某查新站医学类专利查新委托的数量和占比，研究领域分布、业务范围、业务密切单位专利查新及专利申请情况，并结合工作实际，探讨提升专利查新服务质量的思路。
Abstract:
Patent information service is the new direction of library service, the pre-inspection before patent application is patent novelty retrieval, can evaluate the current situation of research, avoid repeated research, is an important step before patent application. This paper retrospectively analyzes the changes of medical patent novelty retrieval in one station, including the number and proportion, the distribution of research field, the scope of business, the situation of patent novelty retrieval and patent application in close business units, and discusses the idea of improving the quality of patent novelty retrieval service in combination with the actual work.
