摘要:
外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病是常见的外阴阴道感染性疾病,仅次于细菌性阴道病。随着高通量测序技术和生物学信息技术的发展,许多学者从人体微生态学角度研究外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的发病病因、机制、治疗及预防。微生态制剂治疗阴道炎已成为近年的研究热点,其通过恢复正常的菌群结构,有效减少了外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的发生及反复发作。本文就外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病与异常阴道微生态和异常肠道微生态的关系作一综述。
Abstract:
Vulvovaginal candida is a common vulvovaginal infectious disease,second only to bacterial vaginosis.With the development of high-throughput sequencing technology and biological information technology,many scholars have studied the etiology,mechanism,treatment and prevention of vulvovaginal candida from the perspective of human microecology.The treatment of vaginitis with micro-ecological preparations has become a research hotspot in recent years.It has effectively reduced the incidence and recurrence of vulvovaginal candida by restoring normal flora structure.This article reviews the relationship between vulvovaginal candida and abnormal vaginal microecology and abnormal intestinal microecology.
