摘要:
目的 对美国医疗卫生保健研究与质量促进机构(AHRQ)电子病历系统调查问卷进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法 方便抽取2所综合性三级医院453名医务人员作为研究对象,自行设计一般资料调查表调查研究对象的基本情况,对AHRQ电子病历系统调查问卷进行汉化。采用探索性性因子分析和验证性因子分析检验问卷结构效度,采用克郎巴赫系数评定问卷信度。结果 共回收问卷612份,2所医院员工应答率分别为56.58%、78.31%,问卷有效回收率为97.22%。研究对象平均年龄(34.210±8.114)岁,受教育程度以本科及以上为主,职称以初级为主,多为护士,从事本专业时间以1~5年最多。汉化电子病历系统调查问卷的Cronbach’s α系数为0.891,各维度Cronbach’s α系数在0.689~0.912,内容效度指数为0.920;探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为75.434%;验证性因子分析模型拟合结果:?字2=37.863,df=16,P =0.002;RMR=0.042,RMSEA=0.077,GFI=0.967,AGFI=0.906,CFI=0.982。结论 汉化的电子病历系统调查问卷信效度良好,可用于评价我国医务人员对电子病历系统质量与安全的认知。
Abstract:
Objective To Chinesize the American Medical Care Research and Quality Promotion Agency (AHRQ) electronic health record system questionnaire and test its reliability and validity. Methods It was convenient to select 453 medical staff from two comprehensive tertiary hospitals as the research objects, design the general information questionnaire to investigate the basic situation of the research objects, and Chinesize the AHRQ electronic health record system questionnaire. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the validity of the questionnaire structure, and the reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated using the Cronbach coefficient. Results A total of 612 questionnaires were collected. The response rates of the employees in the two hospitals were 56.58% and 78.31%, and the effective recovery rate of the questionnaires was 97.22%. The average age of the study subjects was (34.210±8.114) years old. Their education level was mainly at the undergraduate level or above. Their professional titles were mainly junior. Most of them were nurses. The most time spent in this major was 1 to 5 years. The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the Chinese medical electronic health record system questionnaire was 0.891, the Cronbach’s α coefficient of each dimension was 0.689~0.912, and the content validity index was 0.920. The exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 75.434%. Factor analysis model fitting results:?字2=37.863,df=16,P=0.002; RMR=0.042,RMSEA=0.077, GFI = 0.967,AGFI=0.906,CFI=0.982.Conclusion The reliability and validity of the Chinese medical electronic health record questionnaire is good, and it can be used to evaluate the medical staff’s perception of the quality and safety of the electronic health record system.
