摘要:
目的 调查高职助产生职业成熟度现状,分析原因并提出相应的对策。方法 采取便利抽样的方法,选取某高职院校2017级和2018级120名高职助产生为调查对象,使用大学生职业成熟量表进行调查。结果 高职助产生的职业成熟度中位数为3.12,其中职业自信维度得分最低(2.83分);不同年级、是否担任学生干部、父亲不同学历高职助产生职业成熟度总分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);线性回归分析,是否担任学生干部是高职助产生职业成熟度的独立影响因素。结论 高职助产生的职业成熟度处于中等水平,年级、父母学历、是否担任学生干部影响助产生职业成熟度,其中是否担任学生干部是影响助产生职业成熟度的重要因素。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status of career maturity in higher vocational assistance,analyze the reasons and propose corresponding countermeasures.Methods A convenient sampling method was adopted,and 120 senior vocational assistants from 2017 and 2018 in a vocational college were selected as the survey objects.The college students’ career maturity scale was used for the survey.Results The median career maturity of higher vocational assistance was 3.12,of which the score of the professional confidence dimension was the lowest(2.83 points);the total career maturity scores of higher vocational assistance produced by different grades,whether or not they were student cadres,and fathers with different education levels were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the results of linear regression analysis showed that whether or not to be a student cadre was an independent influencing factor for career maturity in higher vocational assistance.Conclusion Career maturity generated by higher vocational education is at a medium level.Grade,parents’education,and whether or not they are student cadres influence the production of career maturity.Among them,whether or not they are student cadres is an important factor affecting the production of career maturity.
