摘要:
梅毒是被苍白密螺旋体苍白亚种(TP)感染后所引起的一种慢性全身性、性传播疾病。在患病早期,TP可通过黏膜或破损的皮肤侵入人体,累及人体多个系统和组织,严重影响患者生活质量和生命安全,已成为重大的公共卫生问题和社会问题之一。不同时期梅毒的临床表现、传染性、破坏力各不相同,目前实验室常用的检测方法包括直接镜检、血清学检验、聚合酶链反应检测等,可满足不同时期梅毒检测。本文就TP的结构特征、感染后不同时期梅毒的临床特征及实验室常用的TP检测方法作一综述。
Abstract:
Syphilis is a chronic systemic, sexually transmitted disease caused by Treponema pallidum(TP) infection. In the early stage of illness, TP can invade the human body through mucous membranes or damaged skin, affecting multiple systems and tissues of the human body, which seriously affects patients’ quality of life and life safety, and has become one of the major public health and social issues. The clinical manifestations, infectivity, and destructive power of syphilis are different in different periods. At present, the commonly used testing methods in the laboratory include direct microscopy, serological tests, and polymerase chain reaction tests, etc., which can meet the syphilis detection in different periods. This article reviews the structural characteristics of TP, the clinical characteristics of syphilis at different stages after infection, and the TP detection methods commonly used in the laboratory.
