摘要:
目的 探讨进展性脑梗死患者血清25羟基维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]与MCP-1水平的关系。方法 选择2018年10月~2019年4月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者80例,根据病情类型分为进展组36例和非进展组44例,另选择同期来我院体检的健康者20名作为对照组,比较三组血清25-(OH)D3、MCP-1水平变化,并分析二者的相关性。结果 进展组和非进展组入院第1、3、7、14天25-(OH)D3水平低于对照组,MCP-1水平高于对照组,且进展组入院第1、3、7、14天25-(OH)D3水平低于非进展组,MCP-1水平高于非进展组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,25-(OH)D3水平和MCP-1水平呈负相关(r=-0.834,P<0.05)。结论 血清25-(OH)D3减低、MCP-1升高对进展性脑梗死有促进作用,可作为进展性脑梗死的预测因子,有助于早期识别进展性脑梗死。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 [25-(OH) D3] and MCP-1 levels in patients with progressive cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from October 2018 to April 2019 were selected. They were divided into 36 cases of progressive group and 44 cases of non-progressive group according to the type of disease, and 20 healthy people who were selected for physical examination in our hospital during the same period. As a control group, the changes of serum 25-(OH) D3 and MCP-1 levels in the three groups were compared, and the correlation between the two was analyzed.Results Progressive and non-progressive groups were admitted on day 1, 3, 7, and 14 with 25-(OH) D3 levels lower than those in the control group, MCP-1 levels were higher than those in the control group, and progressive groups were admitted on day 1, 3, 7, and 14 the level of 25-(OH) D3 was lower than that of non-progressive group, and the level of MCP-1 was higher than that of non-progressive group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that 25-(OH) D3 level and MCP-1 level were negatively correlated (r=-0.834, P<0.05).Conclusion Decreased serum 25-(OH) D3 and elevated MCP-1 can promote the progression of cerebral infarction, which can be used as a predictor of progressive cerebral infarction and help to identify progressive cerebral infarction early.
