摘要:
目的 探讨水胶体敷料在新生儿经皮血氧饱和度监测中局部皮肤保护的效果。方法 选取2017年12月~2018年3月我院新生儿科收治的80例行经皮血氧饱和度监测的新生儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。实验组患儿在血氧饱和度监测时使用水胶体敷料保护监测部位,对照组患儿直接进行监测,比较两组SpO2及器械相关性压疮(MDRPU)发生情况。结果 对照组SpO2为(99.25±1.12)%,实验组SpO2为(98.20±3.78)%,两组比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。实验组MDRPU总发生率为22.50%,低于对照组的32.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新生儿经皮血氧饱和度监测中使用水胶体敷料能有效避免发生MDRPU,减少皮肤不良事件发生。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of hydrocolloid dressing on local skin protection in neonatal percutaneous oxygen saturation monitoring. Methods 80 neonates undergoing percutaneous oxygen saturation monitoring from December 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital’s neonatal department were selected as the research object, according to the random number table method, it is divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. Children in the experimental group used hydrocolloid dressings to protect the monitoring site during blood oxygen saturation monitoring, and children in the control group were directly monitored to compare the occurrence of SpO2 and MDRPU between the two groups.Results The SpO2 in the control group was (99.25±1.12)%, and the SpO2 in the experimental group was (98.20±3.78)%, comparison between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The total incidence of MDRPU in the experimental group was 22.50%, which was lower than 32.50% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hydrocolloid dressings in neonatal percutaneous oxygen saturation monitoring can effectively avoid the occurrence of MDRPU and reduce the occurrence of skin adverse events.
