摘要:
目的 建立银菊感冒胶囊中绿原酸含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法 采用Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(9∶91)为流动相;流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:327 nm;柱温:30 ℃;进样量:10 μl;理论板数按绿原酸峰计算不低于1000。结果 绿原酸进样量在0.04348~0.39132 μg内线性关系良好,r=0.9997(n=6),平均回收率为98.66%,RSD=0.83%(n=5)。结论 本次建立的方法操作简便快捷,结果可靠,可用于银菊感冒胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定。
Abstract:
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinju Ganmao capsules.Methods Hypersil ODS2 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) chromatographic column; acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (9∶91) as mobile phase; flow rate: 1.0 ml/min; detection wavelength: 327 nm; column temperature: 30 ℃ Injection volume: 10 μl; theoretical plate count is not less than 1000 based on chlorogenic acid peak calculation.Results The chlorogenic acid injection volume was in a linear relationship between 0.04348 and 0.39132 μg, r=0.9997(n=6), the average recovery was 98.66%, and RSD=0.83%(n=5).Conclusion The method established this time is simple and quick, and the results are reliable. It can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinju Ganmao capsules.
