摘要:
目的 探讨石杉碱甲联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效与安全性。方法 检索PubMed、中国学术网期刊全文数据库、中国维普数据库、万方数据库1990~2019年公开发表的关于石杉碱甲联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆的临床随机对照试验的相关文献,符合标准的应用Review Manager5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 纳入的9个临床研究,844例患者。Meta分析显示,治疗组简易精神状态智能量表(MMSE)评分、改良长谷川简易智能量表(HDS-R)评分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分优于对照组(P<0.00001);治疗组不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.04),但不良反应症状轻,不影响继续给药治疗。结论 石杉碱甲与尼莫地平的联合治疗在血管性痴呆有助于改善患者的认知功能和生活自理能力,不良反应轻,不影响治疗效果,联合治疗较安全。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of huperzine A combined with nimodipine in the treatment of vascular dementia. Methods Search PubMed, China Academic Journal Full-text Database, China Weipu Database, Wanfang Database was the relevant literature published in the clinical randomized controlled trial of Huperzine A combined with nimodipine in the treatment of vascular dementia published in 1990~2019, and met the standard of the application of Review Manager5.3 software for Meta analysis.Results 9 clinical studies included, 844 patients. Meta analysis showed that the treatment group’s simple mental state intelligence scale (MMSE) score, modified Hasegawa simple intelligence scale (HDS-R) score, and daily life activity scale (ADL) score were better than the control group (P<0.00001) ; The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.04), but the symptoms of adverse reactions were mild and did not affect the continued administration of the drug.Conclusion The combined treatment of Huperzine A and Nimodipine can help patients with vascular dementia to improve their cognitive function and ability to take care of themselves. The side effects are mild, the treatment effect is not affected, combination therapy is safe.
