摘要:
目的 观察微创经皮肾镜取石术在复杂性泌尿系统结石治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年3月~2019年3月在我院治疗的94例复杂性泌尿系统结石患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各47例。对照组采用常规开放手术治疗，观察组采用微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗，比较两组临床手术指标（手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、首次排气时间、住院时间）、结石清除率、并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、首次排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组结石清除率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 微创经皮肾镜取石术在复杂性泌尿系统结石清石率高，对患者创伤小，住院时间短，且并发症少，应用安全性良好，具有一定的应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of complex urinary calculi.Methods A total of 94 patients with complex urinary calculi treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research object,using the random number table method was used to divide into control group and observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional open surgery, the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy, the clinical operation indicators (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, time to get out of bed, time to first exhaust, hospitalization time), stone removal rate, and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, out-of-bed activity time, first exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the stone removal rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy has a high rate of clearing stones in complex urinary tract stones, less trauma to patients,shorter hospital stay,less complications, good application safety and certain application value.
