摘要:
目的 了解医务人员对电子病历系统的认知现状和使用满意度。方法 2019年1~2月采用方便抽样法选取四川2所三级医院402名医务人员,对其使用医院电子病历系统的情况进行问卷调查,分析其使用电子病历系统的认知情况和满意度。结果 电子病历系统的主要缺陷为信息不完整(47.51%)和信息不准确(39.06%);医务人员对电子病历系统认知的积极反应率为35.84%,满意度为41.04%。电子病历系统的支持和沟通、电子病历系统培训能解释医务人员使用电子病历系统满意度35.50%的变异(F=111.503,P=0.000)。结论 提高医务人员对电子病历系统质量与安全的认知是医院管理的优先事项,医院应建立基于用户、管理者、系统开发主体的管理机制,定期评估系统风险以保障患者安全。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the medical staff’s knowledge and satisfaction with the electronic health record system.Methods From January to February 2019, 402 medical staff from 2 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan were selected by using the convenience sampling method, to conduct a questionnaire survey on the use of the hospital electronic health record system, and analyze the cognitive situation and satisfaction of using electronic health record system.Results The main defects of the electronic health record system are incomplete information (47.51%) and inaccurate information (39.06%); the positive response rate of medical staff to the electronic health record system is 35.84% and the satisfaction rate is 41.04%. The support and communication of the electronic medical record system and the electronic health record system training can explain the 35.50% variation in the satisfaction of medical personnel using the electronic health record system (F=111.503, P=0.000).Conclusion Improving the medical staff’s awareness of the quality and safety of the electronic health record system is a priority for hospital management. The hospital should establish a management mechanism based on users, managers, and system development subjects, and periodically assess system risks to ensure patient safety.
