摘要:
目的 分析临床微生物检验和细菌耐药性监测情况。方法 选取2018年4月~2019年4月我院各科室送检的746份标本为研究对象,所有标本进行微生物检验和细菌耐药性监测,比较各科室耐药菌株分布情况、不同检出菌株对不同抗菌药的耐药性情况。结果 746份标本中,检出耐药菌总株数45株,总检出率为6.03%;45株耐药菌株中16株革兰阳性菌,29株革兰阴性菌,其中金黄色葡萄球菌6株(13.33%)、肠球菌3株(6.67%)、大肠埃希菌9株(20.0%)、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌8株(17.78%)、鲍曼不动杆菌4株(8.89%)、肠杆菌属2株(4.44%)、肺炎克雷伯杆菌13株(28.89%);不同科室耐药菌株率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同检出菌株对不同抗菌耐药性比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微生物检验和细菌耐药性监测可为临床抗菌药使用提供参考依据,防止抗菌药滥用现象,促进临床疾病的有效治疗。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze clinical microbiological testing and bacterial resistance monitoring.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019, 746 specimens from various departments of our hospital were selected as the research object, all specimens are subject to microbiological testing and bacterial resistance monitoring, compare the distribution of drug-resistant strains in various departments and the resistance of different detected strains to different antibacterial drugs.Results Of the 746 specimens, 45 strains of drug-resistant bacteria were detected, with a total detection rate of 6.03%; 16 strains of Gram-positive bacteria and 29 strains of Gram-negative bacteria among the 45 strains of drug-resistant strains, of which 6 were Staphylococcus aureus (13.33%), 3 Enterococci strains (6.67%), 9 Escherichia coli strains (20.0%), 8 coagulase-negative Staphylococcus strains (17.78%), 4 Acinetobacter baumannii strains (8.89%), intestines 2 strains of Bacillus (4.44%) and 13 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae (28.89%); the difference in the rate of drug-resistant strains in different departments was statistically significant(P<0.05); different detected strains have different antimicrobial resistance compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microbiological testing and bacterial resistance monitoring can provide reference for the use of clinical antibacterial drugs, prevent the abuse of antibacterial drugs, and promote the effective treatment of clinical diseases.
