摘要:
目的 分析无偿献血者发生献血不良反应与采血时间及性别之间的关系。方法 收集2016年1月~2019年12月于淄博市中心血站行无偿献血的222507例研究对象的资料，根据不同采血时间进行分组，其中8∶00~10∶00采血时间段为A组，10∶00~12∶00采血时间段为B组，12∶00~15∶00采血时间段为C组，15∶00~17∶00采血时间段为D组，分析不同的性别及不同采血时间段发生献血不良反应情况。结果 222507例献血中男性的平均年龄是（35.00±4.71）岁，女性平均年龄（31.00±5.58）岁，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。我站无偿献血者献血不良反应的发生率为5.12‰，其中女性献血者献血不良反应发生率（7.42‰）高于男性（4.21‰），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；B组献血不良反应发生率为9.54‰，高于A组（3.98‰）、C组（4.15‰）及D组（4.13‰），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 无偿献血者发生献血不良反应与性别及采血时间相关，因此需对不同性别及不同采血时间献血者采取针对性干预措施，以便减少献血不良反应发生率，保障献血者的安全，利于推动无偿献血工作。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the relationship between unpaid blood donors’ adverse blood reaction and blood collection time and gender.Methods Collected the data of 222,507 subjects who donated blood at the blood station in Zibo city center from January 2016 to December 2019, and grouped them according to different blood collection times.Among them, the blood collection period from 8∶00 to 10∶00 is group A, the blood collection period from 10∶00 to 12∶00 is group B, and the blood collection period from 12∶00 to 15∶00 is group C,the blood collection period from 15∶00 to 17∶00 was group D, and the adverse reactions of blood donation occurred in different genders and different blood collection periods were analyzed.Results The average age of 222,507 men in blood donation was (35.00±4.71) years old, and the average age of females was (31.00±5.58) years old,there was no significant difference(P＞0.05). The incidence of adverse blood donation reactions of unpaid blood donors in our station was 5.12‰, of which the incidence of adverse blood donation reactions of female blood donors(7.42‰) was higher than that of males(4.21‰), the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05); group B blood donation the incidence of adverse reactions was 9.54‰, which was higher than that in group A(3.98‰),group C (4.15‰) and group D(4.13‰), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Adverse blood donation reactions of unpaid blood donors are related to gender and blood collection time. Therefore, targeted intervention measures should be taken for blood donors of different genders and different blood collection times in order to reduce the incidence of blood donation adverse reactions, ensure the safety of blood donors, and help promote unpaid blood donation jobs.
