摘要:
目的 观察糖尿病性白内障(DC)患者血清中微量元素锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)和铜(Cu)含量的变化,探讨高血糖、微量元素与DC发生发展的关系。方法 选取2017年10月~2019年10月我院收治的62例DC患者作为DC组,65例血糖正常的年龄相关性白内障(ARC)患者作为ARC组,另选同期本院健康体检者67人作为对照组,比较各组血清中微量元素Zn、Fe和Cu的含量。结果 DC组和ARC组血清中Zn和Fe含量均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);DC组和ARC组血清中Cu含量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DC组血清中Zn和Fe含量低于ARC组,Cu含量高于ARC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 白内障患者血清中的微量元素含量均发生了改变,且血糖越高,改变越明显,提示DC患者应尽早进行微量元素的监测和干预。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the changes of trace elements zinc (Zn), iron (Fe) and copper (Cu) in serum of patients with diabetic cataract (DC), and to explore the relationship between hyperglycemia, trace elements and the development of DC.Methods 62 DC patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the DC group, 65 patients with normal blood glucose and age-related cataract (ARC) were selected as the ARC group, and 67 healthy medical examiners from our hospital during the same period were selected as the ARC group In the control group, the contents of trace elements Zn, Fe and Cu in serum of each group were compared.Results The content of Zn and Fe in serum of DC group and ARC group were lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the content of Cu in serum of DC group and ARC group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The content of Zn and Fe in serum of DC group was lower than that of ARC group, and the content of Cu was higher than that of ARC group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The content of trace elements in serum of cataract patients has changed, and the higher the blood sugar, the more obvious the change, suggesting that DC patients should monitor and intervene in trace elements as soon as possible.
