摘要:
目的 了解脑瘫患者照顾者的积极感受和生活质量现状。方法 采用便利抽样法，选取2017年3月~2019年2月在江西省儿童医院就诊的脑瘫照顾者196例进行积极感受（PAC）和生活质量（SF-36）问卷调查。结果 照顾者的积极感受得分为（36.85±6.56）分；生理健康总评PCS得分为（259.30±57.50）分，心理健康总评MCS得分为（261.68±61.80）分，SF-36各维度得分与国内常模比较，除一般健康状况维度得分外，其它7个维度得分与国内常模比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；照顾者积极感受得分与PCS、MCS均呈正相关（r=0.228、0.011，P＜0.05）。结论 脑瘫照顾者的积极感受为中等水平，生活质量较低，而照顾者的积极感受与照顾者生活质量的生理、心理健康总评维度都呈正相关。因此提高照顾者积极感受将有助于提高照顾者的生活质量，从而使照顾者更好的照顾脑瘫患者。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the positive feelings and quality of life of carers of patients with cerebral palsy.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 196 cases of cerebral palsy caregivers who were treated in Jiangxi Children’s Hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 for questionnaire survey on positive feelings (PAC) and quality of life (SF-36).Results The carer’s positive feeling score is (36.85±6.56) points; the physical health overall evaluation PCS score is (259.30±57.50) points, and the mental health general evaluation MCS score is (261.68±61.80) points.SF-36 scores of each dimension are compared with domestic norms. Except for the general health dimension scores, the scores of the other 7 dimensions are compared with domestic norms,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the caregivers’ positive feeling scores and PCS And MCS were positively correlated (r=0.228, 0.011,P<0.05).Conclusion The positive feelings of the caregivers of cerebral palsy are medium level, and the quality of life is low. The positive feelings of the caregivers are positively correlated with the physical and mental health dimensions of the quality of life of the caregivers. Therefore, improving the positive feelings of caregivers will help improve the quality of life of caregivers, so that caregivers can better care for patients with cerebral palsy.
