摘要:
目的 研究锁阳水煎液对家兔离体空肠平滑肌自发性活动的影响。方法 选用体重为2.0~2.5 kg的新西兰大白兔10只,击打家兔后脑致昏后剖开腹腔,剪取15 cm空肠,采用离体空肠平滑肌灌流的方法,观察空肠平滑肌在不同浓度(0.005、0.01、0.015、0.02 g/ml)锁阳水煎液作用下收缩频率及收缩幅度变化。结果 在正常状态下,空肠具有兴奋性、传导性、收缩性、节律性,且收缩舒张频率、平均张力、时间间隔都较稳定,整个波形无明显异常变化。不同浓度锁阳水煎液用药前后空肠平滑肌收缩频率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。0.005 g/ml浓度锁阳水煎液用药前后空肠平滑肌收缩幅度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);0.01、0.015、0.02 g/ml浓度锁阳水煎液用药后空肠平滑肌收缩幅度低于用药前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同浓度锁阳水煎液空肠平滑肌收缩频率和收缩幅度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 锁阳水煎液浓度为0.005、0.01、0.015、0.02 g/ml时,对空肠平滑肌收缩频率有促进作用;锁阳水煎液浓度为0.01、0.015、0.02 g/ml时,对空肠平滑肌收缩幅度有抑制作用,两种作用共同协作下可增强家兔离体空肠平滑肌的收缩功能。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of Cynomoriumsongaricum decoction on the spontaneous activity of isolated rabbit jejunum smooth muscle. Methods Ten New Zealand white rabbits weighing 2.0~2.5 kg were selected. After striking the back of the rabbit’s brain, the abdominal cavity was opened. The 15 cm jejunum was cut out. Using the method of isolated jejunal smooth muscle perfusion, the jejunal smooth muscle was observed to change the contraction frequency and contraction amplitude under the action of different concentrations (0.005, 0.01, 0.015, 0.02 g/ml) of Cynomoriumsongaricum decoction.Results Under normal conditions, the jejunum had excitability, conductivity, contractility, and rhythm, and the contraction and relaxation frequency, average tension, and time interval are relatively stable, and the entire waveform had no obvious abnormal changes. There was a statistically significant difference in the contraction frequency of jejunum smooth muscle before and after the administration of Cynomoriumsongaricum sylvestris with different concentrations (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the contraction amplitude of jejunal smooth muscle before and after the administration of the 0.005 g/ml Cynomoriumsongaricum decoction (P>0.05); the jejunal smooth muscle contraction amplitude was lower after the administration of the 0.01, 0.015, 0.02 g/ml Cynomoriumsongaricum decoction Before the medication, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in the contraction frequency and amplitude of jejunal smooth muscle with different concentrations of Cynomoriumsongaricum decoction (P>0.05).Conclusion Cynomorium decoction concentration of 0.005, 0.01, 0.015, 0.02 g/ml could promote the contraction frequency of jejunum smooth muscle; when the concentration of Cynomoriumsongaricum decoction was 0.01, 0.015, 0.02 g/ml, it could contract jejunal smooth muscle the amplitude had an inhibitory effect, and the two effects could enhance the contractile function of rabbit jejunum smooth muscle in vitro.
