摘要:
目的 探讨多潘立酮联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗老年功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效。方法 选择我院2018年7月~2019年12月收治的老年功能性消化不良患者90例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。对照组采用多潘立酮治疗，观察组在此基础上联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗，比较两组临床疗效、胃动力指标、血清学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%，高于对照组的82.22%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组MTL水平高于对照组，CRH水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组G-17、PG水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为15.56%，低于对照组的37.78%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 多潘立酮联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗老年功能性消化不良疗效确切，可有效改善患者临床症状体征，促进胃动力恢复，改善血清学指标，安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of domperidone combined with compound digestive enzyme capsules in the treatment of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with domperidone, and the observation group was treated with compound digestive enzyme capsules on this basis. The clinical efficacy, gastric motility indexes, serological indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%, which was higher than 82.22% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the MTL level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the CRH level was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the G-17 and PG levels of the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.56%, which was lower than 37.78% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Domperidone combined with compound digestive enzyme capsules had a definite effect in the treatment of elderly functional dyspepsia. It could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, promote gastric motility recovery, improve serological indicators, and had high safety.
