摘要:
目的 比较柴胡等四种药物颗粒剂与水煎剂药效学作用。方法 将小鼠随机分为十组,分别为空白对照组、地塞米松组、柴胡、黄芩、甘草、葛根颗粒剂和水煎剂组,每组10只。采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法,比较十组抗炎效果及缓解镇痛效果的能力。结果 给药30 min后,地塞米松组、四种药物颗粒剂与水煎液的痛阈值高于给药前,且高于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);给药60 min后,地塞米松组、甘草颗粒组、柴胡颗粒组及水煎液组、黄芩颗粒组及水煎液组、葛根水煎液组痛阈值与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甘草颗粒组及水煎液组、葛根颗粒组痛阈值与空白对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。柴胡、黄芩、葛根颗粒组及水煎液组扭体次数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甘草颗粒组及水煎液组与空白组扭体次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。甘草水煎剂组的肿胀抑制率最高达到62.65%,柴胡颗粒剂组的肿胀抑制率较低为32.36%。地塞米松组、柴胡、黄芩、甘草、葛根颗粒组和水煎液组肿胀度与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而柴胡、黄芩、甘草、葛根药物颗粒组及水煎液组痛阈值、扭体次数、肿胀度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 四种药物颗粒剂与水煎剂均有抗炎镇痛作用,且颗粒剂与水煎剂在抗炎镇痛方面的作用基本一致。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the pharmacodynamic effects of Bupleurum and other four medicine granules and water decoction.Methods The mice were randomly divided into ten groups, namely the blank control group, dexamethasone group, Bupleurum, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, licorice, pueraria lobata granules and water decoction groups, with 10 mice in each group. Using the xylene-induced ear swelling experiment in mice, the mouse hot plate method and the acetic acid writhing method, the anti-inflammatory effects and analgesic effects of ten groups were compared. Results 30 min after administration, the pain threshold of the dexamethasone group, the four drug granules and the water decoction was higher than before administration, and higher than the blank control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After 60 min, the pain threshold of dexamethasone group, licorice granule group, Bupleurum granule group and water decoction group, Huangqin granule group and water decoction group, pueraria lobata decoction group were compared with the blank control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Compared with the blank control group, there was no significant difference in pain threshold between the licorice granule group, water decoction group, and gegen granule group (P>0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the number of writhing times between the Bupleurum, Scutellaria, Gegen granules group and the water decoction group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the number of writhing times between the licorice granule group and the water decoction group and the blank group (P>0.05). The swelling inhibition rate of the licorice decoction group was up to 62.65%, and the swelling inhibition rate of the Bupleurum granule group was as low as 32.36%. The swelling degree of dexamethasone group, Bupleurum, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, licorice, pueraria lobata granule group and water decoction group was compared with that of the blank control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); and Bupleurum, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, licorice, and Pueraria lobata medicine granules,there was no statistically significant difference in pain threshold, writhing frequency and swelling degree between the group and the water decoction group (P>0.05).Conclusion The four kinds of drug granules and water decoction had anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of granules and water decoction were basically the same.
