摘要:
目的 观察系统化护理教学在低年资护士培训中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年4月~2019年4月我院86名低年资护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43名。对照组采用常规教学方法培训,观察组采用系统化护理教学培训,比较两组护士综合素质(护理操作、应急判断、护理文书书写、风险评估)评分、医生(病情判断、医嘱执行)满意度、考核优良率、理论知识评分、实践操作评分。结果 观察组护士护理操作、应急判断、护理文书书写、风险评估能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对医生病情判断、医嘱执行能力满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组考核优良率大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护士理论知识评分、实践操作评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在低年资护士培训中应用系统化护理教学可提高培训考核优良率,提升护士理论知识和实践操作评分,提高医生满意度,进一步提高培训效率。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the application effect of systematic nursing teaching in the training of junior nurses.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019, 86 low-age nurses in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 43 in each group. The control group was trained with conventional teaching methods, and the observation group was trained with systematic nursing teaching. The two groups of nurses were compared with comprehensive quality (nursing operation, emergency judgment, nursing document writing, risk assessment) scores, doctors (condition judgment, execution of doctor’s orders) satisfaction,assessment of good rate, theoretical knowledge score, practical operation score.Results The scores of nurses’ nursing operation, emergency judgment, nursing document writing, and risk assessment ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05); the observation group’s satisfaction with doctors’ condition judgment and doctor’s execution ability was higher than the control group (P<0.05); the excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic nursing teaching in the training of low-age nurses could increase the rate of training assessment, improve nurses’ theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores, increase doctors’ satisfaction, and further improved training efficiency.
