摘要:
目的 探讨羟苯磺酸钙联合眼底激光治疗老年重症糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法 选取2017年11月~2019年12月我院收治的62例（70眼）老年重症糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方案不同分为对照组31例（36眼）和观察组31例（34眼）。对照组使用眼底激光治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗，比较两组治疗2个月后最佳矫正视力、视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积及黄斑中心凹厚度变化情况。结果 两组治疗后最佳矫正视力优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；但观察组最佳矫正视力低于对照组，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积、黄斑中心凹厚度均较治疗前减小，且观察组小于对照组[（3.37±0.71）mm2 vs（4.21±0.83）mm2]、[（264.45±38.37）μm vs（290.64±40.32）μm]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 羟苯磺酸钙联合眼底激光治疗老年重症糖尿病视网膜病变，可降低新生血管荧光素渗漏面积及黄斑中心凹厚度。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy of calcium dobesilate combined with fundus laser in the treatment of severe diabetic retinopathy in the elderly.Methods The 62 cases (70 eyes) of elderly patients with severe diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment plans, they were divided into control group (31 cases) (36 eyes) and observation group (31 cases) (34 eyes). The control group was treated with fundus laser, and the observation group was combined with calcium dobesilate on the basis of the control group. The best corrected vision, fluorescein leakage area of retinal neovascularization and changes in the thickness of the macular fovea were compared between the two groups after 2 months of treatment.Results The best corrected visual acuity of the two groups after treatment was better than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); but the best corrected visual acuity of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05); The leakage area of neovascular fluorescein and the thickness of the fovea were reduced compared with those before treatment, and the observation group was smaller than the control group [(3.37±0.71) mm2 vs (4.21±0.83) mm2], [(264.45±38.37) μm vs ( 290.64±40.32) μm], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Calcium dobesilate combined with fundus laser treatment of severe diabetic retinopathy in elderly patients can reduce the leakage area of neovascular fluorescein and the thickness of the fovea.
