目的 了解癌症患者灵性需求水平和生活质量的现状,探讨两者相关性。方法 采用方便抽样的方法选取2020年6月~2020年9月于湖南省某综合三甲医院327例住院的癌症患者进行问卷调查,问卷包括自行设计的一般资料调查表、中文版灵性需求问卷(SNS)及欧洲癌症研究治疗组织生活质量问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30),记录患者灵性需求得分和生活质量得分,分析灵性需求和生活质量的关系。结果 共发放问卷340份,回收有效问卷327份,有效回收率为96.18%;年龄、婚姻状况、居住地、教育程度、家庭人均月收入、肿瘤临床分期、有无宗教信仰的癌症患者灵性需求得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同性别、民族、职业、有无家族史、入院诊断的癌症患者灵性需求得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);灵性需求总分为(80.47±13.50)分,条目总均分为(3.50±0.59)分,五个维度得分从高到低依次为希望与平和、意义与目的、爱与联系、接受死亡、与超自然的关系;总体健康状况得分为(49.67±19.95)分,功能领域最低分为社会功能,症状领域最高分为经济困难;灵性需求总分与角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能及恶心呕吐症状呈负相关,与疲倦呈正相关。结论 癌症患者灵性需求与生活质量存在一定相关性,医务人员应采取相应措施评估和满足癌症患者灵性需求,提高癌症患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the status of spiritual needs and quality of life in cancer patients and explore the correlation between them.Methods A Convenient sampling was used to select 327 cancer patients hospitalized in a comprehensive tertiary hospital in Hunan Province from June 2020 to September 2020 to conduct a questionnaire survey.The questionnaires included a self-designed general information questionnaire and a Chinese version of the spiritual needs questionnaire (SNS) and the European Organization for Cancer Research and Treatment Quality of Life Questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-C30), record the patient’s spiritual needs score and quality of life score, and analyze the relationship between spiritual needs and quality of life.Results A total of 340 questionnaires were issued and 327 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective recovery rate was 96.18%; age, marital status, place of residence, education level, per capita monthly household income, clinical stage of cancer, and spiritual needs score comparison of cancer patients with or without religious beliefs,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the spiritual needs scores of cancer patients of different gender, ethnicity, occupation, family history, and hospitalized diagnosis (P<0.05); the total spiritual needs score ( 80.47±13.50) points, the total average score of items was (3.50±0.59) points, the five dimensions of scores from high to low were hope and peace, meaning and purpose, love and connection, acceptance of death, and relationship with the supernatural; overall health status score was (49.67±19.95), the functional area was the lowest as social function, and the symptom area was the highest as economic difficulty; the total spiritual needs score was negatively correlated with role function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function, and nausea and vomiting symptoms was positively correlated with fatigue.Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the spiritual needs of cancer patients and the quality of life. Medical staff should take corresponding measures to assess and meet the spiritual needs of cancer patients and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
