摘要:
目的 了解某院2019 年住院出院患者疾病构成及变化情况，为医院管理服务提供科学参考依据。方法 收集我院 2019 年1月~12月出院患者病历资料，按照ICD-10对主要诊断进行分类，分析我院2019年出院患者疾病构成情况，并对排名前10位的疾病构成按年龄、性别进行顺位比较。结果 该院2019年全年收治患者52,047人次，排名前10位的疾病依次为影响健康状态和与保健机构接触的因素，肿瘤，某些传染病和寄生虫病、循环系统疾病，呼吸系统疾病，消化系统疾病，泌尿生殖系统疾病，妊娠、分娩和产褥期，内分泌、营养和代谢疾病，损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果，其中排名前6位的病种占全部患者的71.96%，前3位病种占全部患者的45.15%；男女前10顺位疾病构成稍有区别，女性与男性患者比为1∶1.02；不同年龄段患者中，45~64岁患者最多，占38.67%；死亡患者中最多的是肿瘤患者，占死亡患者的53.84%，内分泌、营养和代谢疾病治愈好转率最高，为98.50%。结论 2019年我院排名前10病种以肿瘤和某些传染病、寄生虫病为主，中老年患者较多，死亡患者主要病因为肿瘤。掌握和了解出院患者疾病构成情况，加强对常见病、多发病的防治，特别是肿瘤和传染病，有助于提高该院患者的整体健康水平。
Abstract:
Objective Tounderstand the composition and change of disease in patients discharged from hospital in 2019, and to provide scientific basis for hospital management services.Methods Collecting the medical records of discharged patients in our hospital from January to December 2019, classify the main diagnoses according to ICD-10, analyze the disease composition of discharged patients in our hospital in 2019, and analyze the top 10 disease composition by age and gender ranking comparison.Results The hospital admitted 52,047 patients in 2019. The top 10 diseases were factors affecting health and contact with health care institutions, tumors, certain infectious and parasitic diseases, circulatory system diseases, and respiratory diseases. Digestive system diseases, genitourinary system diseases, pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium, endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases, injury, poisoning and some other consequences of external causes, among which the top 6 diseases accounted for 71.96% of all patients.The top 3 diseases accounted for 45.15% of all patients; the top 10 diseases of men and women were slightly different, the ratio of female to male patients was 1:1.02; among patients of different age groups, patients aged 45 to 64 years old accounted for 38.67%;Cancer patients accounted for 53.84% of the dead patients, and the cure rate of endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases was the highest, 98.50%.Conclusion In 2019, the top 10 diseases in our hospital were mainly tumors and certain infectious diseases and parasitic diseases. There were more middle-aged and elderly patients. The main cause of deaths was tumors.Mastering and understanding the disease composition of discharged patients, and strengthening the prevention and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases, especially tumors and infectious diseases, will help improve the overall health of patients in the hospital.
