摘要:
目的 观察125I放射性粒子植入术后患者周围的辐射监测情况,探讨相关防护措施。方法 选取我院2016年1月~2017年12月125I粒子植入术后患者为研究对象,以患者体表手术穿刺点为测量起点,用核医学科专用的碘表面污染测量仪经同一水平方向对无屏蔽时0、20、30、50、100、150 cm不同距离处及有铅橡胶屏蔽时体表1 cm处进行辐射监测,观察并记录不同距离处的测量计数,分析距离以及屏蔽对辐射计数的影响。结果 在无屏蔽状态下,0、20、30、50、100、150 cm各组之间计数经与室内天然本底比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在铅橡胶屏蔽状态下,体表处测量计数与室内天然本底比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无屏蔽状态下150 cm处计数与有铅屏蔽状态下体表处计数进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 125I放射性粒子植入术后患者的一定范围内有较高的辐射剂量,应积极采取防护措施,避免辐射损伤。
Abstract:
Objective To survey the radiation monitoring around the patients after Iodine-125 seed implantation, and discuss relevant protective measures.Methods Selecting the patientswho had accepted the therapy of Iodine-125 seed implantation technology in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 as the researchobjects,take the puncture point of the patient’s body surface as the starting point of measurement, and use the special iodine surface contamination measuring instrument for nuclear medicine to be shielded at different distances of 0, 20, 30, 50, 100, 150 cm and with lead rubber shield through the same horizontal direction. Radiation monitoring is carried out at 1 cm of the body surface,observe and record the measurement counts at different distances, analyze the influence of distance and shielding on radiation counts.Results The counts in the unshielded state between 0, 20, 30, 50, 100, and 150cm groups were compared with indoor natural background,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the lead-rubber shielded state, the measured counts on the body surface was statistically significant compared with the indoor natural background(P<0.05).The counts at 150cm in the unshielded state was compared with the countson the surface of the body in the lead-shielded state,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion There is a higher radiation dose in a certain range around the patients who had adoptedIodine-125 radioactive seed implantation.So protective measures should be taken actively to avoid radiation injury.
