摘要:
目的 探讨我国医德医风建设研究热点与演化趋势。方法 基于CiteSpace的可视化计量分析，选取中国知网数据库以“医德医风建设”为篇关摘的研究论文进行文献计量分析。对医德医风建设关键词进行词频共现网络分析、关键词突变分析以及共现网络聚类分析。结果 医德医风建设研究领域的研究热点主要集中在“医德医风建设”“医学生”“医德医风”“医患关系”“医务工作者”等方面，我国医德医风建设研究领域经历了引入阶段和向多元化阶段发展以及我国研究主要围绕着医德医风建设研究的医德医风、医学生、医务人员、医患关系、医疗服务质量等主题展开。结论 我国医德医风建设研究领域逐步发展为研究热点，同时也得到相关领域学者的重视，形成相对稳定的研究团队，未来我国仍要加强医德医风建设、医学生的培养和提高我国医疗服务质量，为医疗卫生事业的良好、持续发展提供可靠保障。
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the research hotspots and evolutionary trends of medical ethics in China.Methods Based on CiteSpace’s visual metrological analysis, the research papers based on "medical ethics construction" were selected from the China HowNet database for bibliometric analysis.Carrying out word frequency co-occurrence network analysis, keyword mutation analysis and co-occurrence network cluster analysis on the keywords of medical ethics construction.Results The research hotspots in the research field of medical ethics construction mainly focus on"medical ethics construction" "medical students""medical ethics""doctor-patient relationship""medical workers" and other aspects,the research field of medical ethics construction in China has gone through the introduction stage and the development to the diversified stage. China’s research mainly focuses on the themes of medical ethics, medical students, medical staff, doctor-patient relationship, and medical service quality.Conclusion The research field of medical ethics construction in China has gradually developed into a research hotspot. At the same time, it has received the attention of scholars in related fields and formed a relatively stable research team. In the future, China will still strengthen the construction of medical ethics, the training of medical students, and improve the quality of medical services,provide a reliable guarantee for the sound and sustainable development of medical and health services.
