摘要:

目的 观察五味解毒药酒对豚鼠皮肤过敏反应。方法 采用健康豚鼠进行实验，取豚鼠40只分为4组，每组10只，记为赋形剂组、药酒组、阳性组以及空白组，于豚鼠背部左侧脱毛区约3 cm×3 cm涂布赋形剂、0.2 ml五味解毒药酒、1% 2,4-二硝基氯苯、0.9%氯化钠进行致敏试验，重复三次试验。在末次给受试物致敏后第14天，将赋形剂、0.2 ml五味解毒药酒、0.1% 2,4-二硝基氯苯、NS分别涂于豚鼠右侧脱毛区进行激发，6 h后清洗干净，立即观察给药区皮肤情况，并于24、48、72 h观察脱毛区皮肤红斑、水肿和其他异常反应并进行评分。结果 阳性组豚鼠体重低于空白组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；赋形剂组、五味解毒药酒组体重低于空白组，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。阳性组0 h时豚鼠皮肤出现中度红斑，重度水肿，积分为49分，平均积分为（4.90±0.32）分；24 h时发现皮肤水肿情况有轻微改善，积分为45分，平均积分为（4.50±0.71）分；48 h时观察皮肤为中度红斑和轻度水肿的情况，积分为21分，平均积分为（2.10±0.32）分；72 h时皮肤为轻度红斑，水肿消失的情况，积分为11分，平均积分为（1.10±0.32）分，致敏率为100.00%。药酒组、空白组和赋形剂组的动物皮肤未出现红斑和水肿的情况，动物活动正常，未有异常反应，致敏率均为0。结论 五味解毒药酒对豚鼠的皮肤无致敏性，是较安全的局部外用制剂。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the allergic reaction of Wuwei Jiedu medicinal liquor to the skin of guinea pigs.Methods Healthy guinea pigs were used for the experiment. 40 guinea pigs were divided into 4 groups, 10 in each group, which were recorded as vehicle group, medicinal liquor group, positive group and blank group. The depilation area on the left side of the back of the guinea pig was about 3 cm×3 cm coating excipients, 0.2 ml Wuwei Jiedu medicinal liquor, 1% 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene, 0.9% sodium chloride for sensitization test, the test was repeated three times.On the 14th day after the last sensitization of the test substance, apply excipients, 0.2 ml of Wuwei Jiedu medicinal liquor, 0.1% 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene, and NS to the right depilation area of guinea pigs for excitation, 6 h After cleaning, immediately observe the skin condition of the administration area, and observe and score the skin erythema, edema and other abnormal reactions in the depilatory area at 24, 48, and 72 h.Results The weight of guinea pigs in the positive group was lower than that in the blank group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);The body weight of the excipient group and Wuwei Jiedu medicinal liquor group was lower than that of the blank group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).In the positive group, moderate erythema and severe edema appeared on the skin of guinea pigs at 0 h. The score was 49 points, and the average score was (4.90±0.32) points;At 24 h, it was found that the skin edema was slightly improved, the score was 45 points, and the average score was (4.50±0.71) points;Observe the skin with moderate erythema and mild edema at 48 h, the score was 21 points, and the average score was (2.10±0.32) points;At 72 h, the skin showed mild erythema and the edema disappeared, the score was 11 points, the average score was (1.10±0.32) points, and the sensitization rate was 100.00%.There were no erythema and edema on the skin of the animals in the medicinal liquor group, the blank group and the excipient group. The animals had normal activities and no abnormal reactions. The sensitization rate was all zero.Conclusion Wuwei Jiedu medicinal liquor is not sensitizing to the skin of guinea pigs, and it is a safer topical preparation.
