目的 探讨血清鳞状细胞癌抗原在几种常见皮肤病中的检测价值。方法 收集2019年3月-2021年1月在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院皮肤科病区住院的389例患者临床资料,分析血清SCC-Ag水平及36例皮肤病患者治疗前后的SCC-Ag水平。结果 常见皮肤病SCC-Ag阳性率自低到高依次为天疱疮(61.29%)、大疱型类天疱疮(62.96%)、药疹(72.22%)、湿疹(72.34%)、银屑病(89.29%)、红皮病(100.00%);其它常见皮肤病SCC-Ag阳性主要以接触性皮炎为主。36例皮肤病患者治疗时间为3~15 d,治疗后血清SCC-Ag阳性率、SCC-Ag水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血清SCC-Ag检测可以作为皮肤病诊断、皮损脱屑程度和治疗效果监测的一项指标。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen in several common skin diseases.Methods The clinical data of 389 patients hospitalized in the Dermatology Ward of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from March 2019 to January 2021 were collected, and the serum SCC-Ag levels and the SCC-Ag levels of 36 patients with skin diseases before and after treatment were analyzed.Results The SCC-Ag positive rate of common skin diseases in descending order was pemphigus (61.29%), bullous pemphigoid (62.96%), drug eruption (72.22%), eczema (72.34%), and psoriasis. (89.29%), erythroderma (100.00%);Other common skin diseases SCC-Ag positive are mainly contact dermatitis.The treatment time of 36 patients with skin diseases was 3-15 d.After treatment, the positive rate of serum SCC-Ag and the level of SCC-Ag were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum SCC-Ag detection can be used as an indicator for the diagnosis of skin diseases, the degree of scaling of skin lesions and the monitoring of treatment effects.
