摘要:
目的 分析中药穴位贴敷天枢穴治疗骨科患者卧床性相关便秘的疗效。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、Web of Science、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库中关于天枢穴配合穴位贴敷治疗骨科卧床性便秘患者的相关随机对照试验类研究文献，检索时间为建库至2020年12月。由2名研究员对文献质量进行评价，采用Review Manager 5.3进行Meta分析。结果 纳入7篇随机对照试验文献，共613例患者，其中试验组307例，对照组306例。Meta分析显示，试验组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义[RR=1.32，95%CI（1.18，1.48），P＜0.00001]；试验组治愈率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义[RR=1.46，95%CI（1.13，1.88），P=0.004]。结论 天枢穴配合穴位贴敷治疗骨科患者卧床相关性便秘安全有效，但受纳入研究数量和质量的影响，目前得到的结论有待开展更多高质量的研究进行证实。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the curative effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine at Tianshu acupoint in the treatment of bedridden constipation in orthopedics patients.Methods A computer search of PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI, China Biomedical Literature Database, Weipu Database, Wanfang Database for the treatment of patients with orthopedic bedridden constipation on Tianshu acupoint combined with acupoint application experimental research literature,the search time was from the establishment of the database to December 2020.Two researchers evaluated the quality of the literature and used Review Manager 5.3 for Meta analysis.Results Seven randomized controlled trials were included, with a total of 613 patients, including 307 in the experimental group and 306 in the control group. Meta analysis showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant [RR=1.32, 95%CI (1.18, 1.48), P＜0.00001];The cure rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant [RR=1.46, 95%CI(1.13,1.88),P=0.004].Conclusion Tianshu acupoint combined with acupoint application is safe and effective in treating orthopedic patients with bed-related constipation. However, due to the influence of the number and quality of the included studies, the current conclusions need to be confirmed by more high-quality studies.
