摘要:
目的 对宁夏县级公立中医医院进行综合评价，为进一步提升其综合能力提出决策依据。方法 依据代表性且敏感性强的原则，筛选出宁夏8个县级公立中医医院综合评价指标，采用主成分分析法对2017年宁夏12家县级公立中医医院进行综合评价，并对其综合主成分评价值进行排名。结果 医院资源配置、医院服务效率、医院运营管理是影响宁夏县级公立中医医院综合能力的主要因素；B、K、E三所县级公立中医医院的综合主成分评价值位居前3，其中B医院的综合主成分评价值最高，为0.929。结论 宁夏县级公立中医医院应注重加强中医药人才队伍建设，不断提升中医院服务质量和效率、提高中医院运营管理水平，从而提升医院综合能力。
Abstract:
Objective To comprehensive evaluate Ningxia county-level public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide the decision-making basis for further improving their comprehensive ability.Methods According to the principle of representativeness and strong sensitivity, the comprehensive evaluation indexes of 8 county-level public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals were screened out. The 12 county-level public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Ningxia in 2017 were comprehensively evaluated by using principal component analysis (PCA), and their comprehensive principal component evaluation values were ranked.Results Hospital resource allocation, hospital service efficiency and hospital operation and management were the main factors affecting the comprehensive ability of Ningxia county-level public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. Hospital B, K and E ranked in the top three, and hospital B had the highest comprehensive principal component value, which was 0.929.Conclusion Ningxia county-level public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals should pay attention to strengthening the construction of traditional Chinese medicine talent team, continuously improve the service quality and efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, and improve the operation and management level of TCM hospitals, so as to enhance the comprehensive ability of hospitals.
