摘要:
目的 分析近5年精准医学高被引论文的研究状况和发展动态。方法 基于Web of Science 核心合集数据库,利用Citespace、文献计量在线分析平台等分析软件对2015-2020年我国精准医学研究的高被引文献进行计量分析。结果 共纳入350篇文献,2015-2020年我国精准医学的发文量呈较快的增长趋势;与中国精准医学合作最多的国家/地区是美国、英国与德国;收录高被引论文具有影响力的期刊分别为《NATURE REVIEWS DRUG DISCOVERY》《LANCET》和《NATURE REVIEWS CLINICAL ONCOLOGY》;研究高频关键词分别为Precision medicine、Cancer、Personalized medicine、Breast cancer和Medicine。结论 目前我国精准医学研究内容逐渐面向国家政策、规范质量监督与管理、临床实践诊疗指南路径等相关领域倾斜,体现了精准医学的宏观发展。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research status and development trend of highly cited papers in precision medicine in recent 5 years.Methods Based on the core collection database of Web of Science, the highly cited literature of precision medicine research in China from 2015 to 2020 was analyzed by using the analysis software such as Citespace and bibliometric online analysis platform.Results A total of 350 articles were included, and the number of published articles on precision medicine in China showed a rapid growth trend from 2015 to 2020. The countries/regions that had the most cooperation with precision medicine in China were the United States, Britain and Germany; the influential journals included in highly cited papers were NATURE REVIEWS DRUG DISCOVERY, LANCET and NATURE REVIEWS CLINICAL ONCOLOGY; the high frequency keywords were Precision medicine, Cancer, Personalized medicine, Breast cancer and Medicine.Conclusion At present, the research content of precision medicine in China is gradually oriented to national policies, standardized quality supervision and management, clinical practice, diagnosis and treatment guidelines and paths, which reflects the macro development of precision medicine.
