目的 分析2019-2021年锦州乙型病毒性肝炎的流行病学特征,为科学防控提供一定的参考依据。方法 回顾分析2019-2021年我市120例乙型病毒性肝炎患者临床资料,应用描述性流行病学方法分析其流行病学特征。结果 2019年确诊乙型病毒性肝炎34例,死亡1例;2020年确诊乙型病毒性肝炎40例,死亡0例;2021年确诊乙型病毒性肝炎46例,死亡0例;全年各月均有乙肝病例发生,无明显发病高峰期,1月份发病率最高为12.50%。120例患者中男性乙型病毒性肝炎发生率高于女性(P<0.05);各年龄段均有病例发生,且多集中在20~65岁年龄段,占报告病例总数的89.16%;病例主要为农村、城镇、工业园区人员,占报告病例总数的98.83%;职业以农民、家务及待业人员、商业服务人员和工人最多。结论 锦州地区乙型病毒性肝炎发病率仍呈升高趋势,且男性发病率高于女性,以20~65岁人群为主,集中于农村、城镇、工业园区,多见于农民、家务及待业人员、商业服务人员和工人。应加强乙型病毒性肝炎防控工作,以降低乙型病毒性肝炎的发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of viral hepatitis B in Jinzhou from 2019 to 2021, and to provide reference for scientific prevention and control.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from 2019 to 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics.Results In 2019, 34 cases of hepatitis B were diagnosed and 1 case died; in 2020, 40 cases of viral hepatitis B were diagnosed and 0 died; in 2021, 46 cases of viral hepatitis B were diagnosed and 0 died.Viral hepatitis B cases occurred every month throughout the year, no obvious peak incidence, the highest incidence of 12.50% in January. The incidence of hepatitis B in males was higher than that in females (P<0.05). Viral hepatitis B cases occurred in all age groups, and mostly concentrated in the 20-65 age group, accounting for 89.16% of the total number of reported cases; the cases were mainly rural, urban and industrial park personnel, accounting for 98.83% of the total reported cases; the most occupations were farmers, housework and unemployed, business service personnel and workers.Conclusion The incidence of viral hepatitis B in Jinzhou is still increasing, and the incidence of male is higher than that of female. The population aged 20-65 years old is mainly concentrated in rural areas, towns and industrial parks, and most of them are farmers, housework and unemployed personnel, business service personnel and workers. The prevention and control of hepatitis B should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of hepatitis B.
