摘要:
目的 分析胰岛β细胞自身抗体联合检测对糖尿病分型的诊断价值。方法 将天津市宝坻区人民医院2020年1月-2021年1月糖尿病患者150例设为研究组,其中1型糖尿病75例,2型糖尿病75例。另选取同时期健康体检者80例设为对照组。分析血清谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GADA)、胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)以及胰岛素自身抗体(IAA)在糖尿病分型诊断中的价值。结果 研究组GADA、ICA、IAA以及联合检测阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1型糖尿病GADA、ICA、IAA以及联合检测阳性率均高于2型糖尿病,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测在1型、2型糖尿病中灵敏度、特异度以及准确度均高于GADA、ICA以及IAA单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胰岛β细胞自身抗体联合检测在糖尿病分型中具有较高的应用价值,能够为早期临床诊疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of combined detection of pancreatic β-cell autoantibodies in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods A total of 150 diabetic patients from Baodi District People’s Hospital in Tianjin from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study group, including 75 type 1 diabetes and 75 type 2 diabetes. Another 80 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The value of serum glutamate decarboxylase antibody (GADA), islet cell antibody (ICA) and insulin autoantibody (IAA) in the diagnosis of diabetes were analyzed.Results The positive rates of GADA, ICA, IAA and joint detection in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive rates of GADA, ICA, IAA and joint detection in type 1 diabetes were higher than those in type 2 diabetes, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined detection in type 1 and type 2 diabetes were higher than those of GADA, ICA and IAA single detection, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of islet β-cell autoantibodies has high application value in the classification of diabetes, which can provide reference for early clinical diagnosis and treatment.
