摘要:
近年来，精细化管理在各类企业和部门，尤其是医疗卫生系统中广泛应用。本文通过对传统管理模式下伦理委员会存在的弊端进行分析，提出传统管理模式下伦理委员会在运行和管理方面存在的不同程度缺陷，阐述伦理委员会管理工作中精细化管理的必要性；同时以东南大学附属中大医院伦理委员会为例，从制度管理、培训管理、审查管理和档案管理4个方面着手，阐述精细化管理的优势。将精细化管理引入到医院临床研究伦理审查和管理工作中，对提升临床研究管理水平具有重要意义，为其在伦理委员会管理工作中的应用提供理论基础以及借鉴依据。
Abstract:
In recent years, refined management has been widely used in various enterprises and departments, especially in medical and health systems. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the ethics committee under the traditional management mode, puts forward the different degrees of defects in the operation and management of the ethics committee under the traditional management mode, and expounds the necessity of refined management in the management of the ethics committee. At the same time, taking the Ethics Committee of the Zhongda Hospital Southeast University as an example, this paper expounds the advantages of refined management from four aspects of system management, training management, review management and archives management. In short, it is of great significance to improve the management level of clinical research by introducing fine management into the ethical review and management of clinical research in hospitals, which provides a theoretical basis and reference for its application in the management of ethics committees.
