摘要:
目的 探讨护理信息系统的接受度、使用行为及其影响因素,为促进信息系统的广泛应用提供理论依据。方法 采用便利抽样法选取2020年3月-7月在济南市某三级甲等医院工作的200名护士,并采用一般资料调查表、信息系统接受度问卷、信息系统使用行为问卷对其进行调查,分析护士对护理信息系统的接受度、使用行为及其影响因素。结果 共发放问卷200份,回收195份,有效回收率97.50%;调查的195名护士中,女性191名,占97.95%,工龄在0~32年,学历以本科为主(73.33%),职称以护师为主(53.33%);护士想要使用护理信息系统得分为(3.32±0.71)分,护士计划使用护理信息系统得分为(2.91±0.90)分;职称、绩效期望、努力期望、社会影响、便利条件均和护理信息系统使用行为呈正相关;多元线性回归分析显示,绩效期望、社会影响、便利条件和职称影响护理信息系统使用行为(P<0.05),可解释总变异的55.30%。结论 医院管理者应挖掘护理信息系统在提升工作绩效方面的价值,提供管理、技术、人员方面的支持条件,提升护理人员对于信息系统的接受度,促进护理信息系统的广泛应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the acceptance, usage behavior and influencing factors of nursing information system, and to provide theoretical basis for promoting the wide application of information system.Methods A total of 200 nurses working in a three-level first-class hospital in Jinan from March to July 2020 were selected by convenience sampling method. They were investigated by general information questionnaire, information system acceptance questionnaire and information system use behavior questionnaire. The acceptance, use behavior and influencing factors of nursing information system were analyzed.Results A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed, 195 questionnaires were recovered, and the effective recovery rate was 97.50% ; of the 195 nurses surveyed, 191 nurses were female, accounting for 97.95%. The length of service was from 0 to 32 years. The degree was mainly undergraduate (73.33%), and the title was mainly nurse (53.33%). Nurses want to use nursing information system score was (3.32±0.71) scores, nurses plan to use nursing information system score was (2.91±0.90) scores; professional title, performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence and convenience conditions were positively correlated with the use of nursing information system; multiple linear regression analysis showed that performance expectation, social influence, convenience and professional title affected the use of nursing information system (P<0.05), which could explain 55.30% of the total variation.Conclusion Hospital managers should excavate the value of nursing information system in improving work performance, provide support conditions for management, technology and personnel, improve the acceptance of nursing staff for information system, and promote the wide application of nursing information system.
