摘要:
目的 探讨标准化病人(SP)与案例教学法(CBL)联合教学模式在呼吸内科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年11月2日-17日在空军军医大学唐都医院见习的本科临床专业学员94名,先后进行SP与CBL联合教学、传统床旁教学各1次。结束后,采用调查问卷收集学员自我能力评价、联合教学模式及传统教学模式对比满意度评价、联合教学模式单独评价。结果 学员寻求真相、分析能力、开放思想、判断自信心、求知欲、系统化能力、认知成熟度、总体评分均较见习前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合教学模式调动主观能动性、拓宽知识面、增强分析解决问题能力、提高实践操作能力、激发求知兴趣、加强知识点记忆、加强对知识理解、教学满意度、学习氛围、学习效率、学习兴趣、团队合作能力、沟通能力、教师授课质量的满意度均优于传统教学模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合教学模式在激发学习兴趣、促进内容掌握、促进思维能力提高、促进动手能力提高、促进交往能力提高、提高解决问题能力、教学方式改革必要性、安排是否合理、情景模拟是否真实及比传统见习难度增加方面的肯定评价较高。结论 SP与CBL联合教学模式有助于提高呼吸内科见习教学质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of the combined teaching mode of standardized patients (SP) and case-based learning (CBL) in the clinical internship teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 94 undergraduate clinical students who were interned in Tangdu Hospital,Air Force Medical University from November 2 to 17, 2020 were selected. They successively carried out SP and CBL combined teaching and traditional bedside teaching once each. At the end of the internship, questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the students’ various personal abilities, evaluate the satisfaction of the comparison between the combined teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode, and evaluate the combined teaching mode separately.Results The scores of students’ seeking truth, analysis ability, open mind, judgment confidence, thirst for knowledge, systematic ability, cognitive maturity and overall score were higher than those before the internship, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The satisfaction of subjective initiative, broadens the scope of knowledge, enhances the ability to analyze and solve problems, improves the practical operation ability, stimulates the interest in knowledge, strengthens the memory of knowledge points, and strengthens the satisfaction with knowledge understanding, teaching satisfaction, learning atmosphere, learning efficiency, learning interest, team cooperation ability, communication ability and teachers’ teaching quality in combined teaching mode are better than those of the traditional teaching mode, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The positive evaluation of combined teaching mode was higher in stimulating interest in learning, promoting content mastery, promoting thinking ability, promoting hands-on ability, promoting communication ability, improving problem solving ability, the necessity of teaching mode reform, whether the arrangement is reasonable, whether the scenario simulation was true, and the difficulty of traditional probation was increased.Conclusion SP combined with CBL teaching mode is helpful to improve the teaching quality of respiratory medicine interns.
