摘要:
乳腺癌是全球范围内对女性生命健康威胁最大的恶性肿瘤,死亡率居高不下,早期诊断和治疗、新辅助化疗(NAC)疗效的精准评估是改善患者预后和提高生存率的重要保障。近年来,MRI新技术层出不穷,其在乳腺癌的诊治过程中发挥着重要作用。本文结合国内外文献报道,从乳腺MRI检查技术和设备,MRI新序列、影像组学和人工智能在乳腺癌诊治中的应用进行综述,旨在为该病的临床诊疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Breast cancer is the most dangerous malignant tumor to women ’ s life and health worldwide, and the mortality rate remains high. Early diagnosis and treatment, and accurate evaluation of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) are important guarantees for improving the prognosis and survival rate of patients. In recent years, new MRI technologies have emerged in endlessly, which play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. This paper reviews the application of breast MRI technology and equipment, new MRI sequences, radiomics and artificial intelligence in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, aiming to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
