摘要:
目的 分析奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑与泮托拉唑治疗胃炎胃溃疡的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取2020年4月-2021年4月我院收治的177例胃炎胃溃疡患者，按照随机数字表法分为奥美拉唑组、兰索拉唑组、泮托拉唑组，各59例，分别给予奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑、泮托拉唑治疗，比较三组治疗效果、症状改善情况、溃疡愈合质量及药物不良反应。结果 三组治疗有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；三组症状积分均低于治疗前，其中兰索拉唑组的腹痛评分低于奥美拉唑组与泮托拉唑组（P＜0.05）；三组溃疡直径、溃疡肌层破损长度均小于治疗前，且泮托拉唑组小于奥美拉唑组与兰索拉唑组，兰索拉唑组小于奥美拉唑组（P＜0.05）；泮托拉唑组不良反应发生率低于奥美拉唑组与兰索拉唑组（P＜0.05）。结论 奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑与泮托拉唑治疗胃炎胃溃疡效果确切，疗效相当，其中兰索拉唑的腹痛缓解效果最好，而泮托拉唑的溃疡愈合效果最佳，且安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of omeprazole, lansoprazole and pantoprazole in the treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 177 patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into omeprazole group, lansoprazole group and pantoprazole group according to random number table method, with 59 cases in each group; and they were treated with omeprazole, lansoprazole and pantoprazole respectively. The therapeutic effect, symptom improvement, ulcer healing quality and adverse drug reactions of the three groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the three groups (P>0.05). The symptom scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment, and the abdominal pain score of lansoprazole group was lower than that of omeprazole group and pantoprazole group (P<0.05). The ulcer diameter and ulcer muscle damage length of the three groups were less than those before treatment, and the pantoprazole group was less than the omeprazole group and the lansoprazole group, and the lansoprazole group was less than the omeprazole group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in pantoprazole group was lower than that in omeprazole group and lansoprazole group (P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole, lansoprazole and pantoprazole are effective in the treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer, and the curative effect is similar. The abdominal pain relief effect of lansoprazole is the best, while the ulcer healing effect of pantoprazole is the best, and the safety is high.
