摘要:
目的 分析我国认知功能障碍护理领域的研究现状，探索该领域的研究热点及趋势。方法 以“认知功能障碍”or“认知功能受损”or“认知障碍”and“护理”为主题词检索中国知网、万方、维普三大中文数据库从建库至2021年我国认知功能障碍护理相关的文献，分析该领域的发文量、发文期刊、作者、机构及高频关键词，通过突变词分析该领域的热点及进展。结果 最终纳入文献908篇，该领域发文量整体上随时间呈不断上升趋势；期刊分布较散，908篇文献发表于261种期刊上；发文作者中刘莹和乔雨晨发文最多，各发表4篇，合著率50.55%，文献合作度2.26；第一作者单位分布于我国31个省、直辖市或自治区，发文量前7的第一作者研究机构均为医院；最常见的关键词为认知障碍；近5年出现的突变关键词为生活质量、认知训练、延续性护理，其中认知训练是2018-2021年新出现的突变关键词。结论 近年来认知功能障碍护理领域的关注度呈逐渐上升的趋势，但是研究的总体质量相对偏低，该领域的护理质量和研究水平还有待进一步提升。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research status of nursing of cognitive dysfunction in China, and explore the research hotspots and trends in this field.Methods Based on the keywords of "cognitive dysfunction" or "cognitive impairment" or "cognitive impairment" and "nursing", the literatures related to nursing of cognitive dysfunction in China from the establishment of CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases to 2021 were retrieved. The number of publications, journals, authors, institutions and high-frequency keywords in this field were analyzed. The hotspots and progress in this field were analyzed by mutation words.Results A total of 908 articles were included, and the number of articles in this field showed a rising trend over time. Journal distribution was scattered, 908 articles published in 261 journals; among the authors, LIU Ying and QIAO Yu-chen published the most articles, each of which published 4 articles, with an indigenous rate of 50.55% and a literature cooperation degree of 2.26. The first author units were distributed in 31 provinces, municipalities or autonomous regions in China, and the first author research institutions in the top 7 were hospitals. The most common keywords were cognitive impairment; the mutation keywords in the past five years were quality of life, cognitive training and continuous nursing, among which cognitive training is a new mutation keyword from 2018 to 2021.Conclusion In recent years, the attention in the field of nursing of cognitive dysfunction has gradually increased, but the overall quality of research is relatively low, and the quality of nursing and research level in this field need to be further improved.
